For workers with at least 17 years of service, the notice period could no longer exceed 52 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employment contracts that began before June 1, 2026, would remain subject to the current rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: the reform initially planned for April 1 has been postponed to June 1, 2026, and the legislative process is still ongoing in Parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">inDUfed is here to assist you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Will there soon be a new cap on notice periods?
