On June 26th, inDUfed was delighted to take part in FETRA’s General Assembly.
As a member of our federation, FETRA represents the paper and board converting sector – a vital link in the paper industry’s value chain.
The meeting, chaired by Remco Maandag and supported by the Secretary-General Lieve Vanlierde, Senior Advisor for Sustainability and Food Contact at inDUfed Willem van Veen, and Alexia V., Communications Manager at inDUfed and Secretary-General of Papier.be, combined insightful presentations with a wonderful opportunity for members to network and share their experiences.
And what a magnificent setting! Despite the heatwave, many members attended – no doubt encouraged by the unique experience of a boat trip along one of the arms of the Port of Antwerp, with a refreshing breeze and breathtaking views of Antwerp Port House, Doel and Oosterweel from the water.
A big thank you to all the participants for coming along. We hope you enjoyed discovering Antwerp from this unique perspective as much as we did!
