Companies with at least 20 employees must draw up a training plan each year. The next deadline is approaching: the plan must be finalised by 31 March 2026.
This plan must, in particular:
- list the formal and informal training courses planned within the company;
- identify the target groups for which these training courses are intended;
- explain how the company contributes to the annual training target for a full-time employee;
- pay particular attention to certain groups (workers aged 50+, people with disabilities, etc.).
Practical update: submissions must now be made in PDF format via the FPS Employment’s online application: https://lnkd.in/ebx822KA Please note: the Federal Learning Account has been abolished, but the obligation to draw up a training plan and workers’ right to training remain fully in force.
